For Step-by-Step instructions on how to connect to the C2C3 Cloud from a Web Browser please see Connect to C2C3 Cloud using a Web Browser

Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop from a PC

Microsoft PC users may utilize the RemoteApp and Desktop Connections Control Panel to connect any Windows 10 PC to the C2C3 Cloud Desktop. Doing so will offer a more traditional Windows based user experience which includes Dual Monitor Support and accessibility from the Start Menu. The configuration steps are available via the Connect a PC to the C2C3 Cloud KB and take less than three minutes to complete.

Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop from Apple or Android

Microsoft has published official Remote Desktop application for iOS, MacOS and all Android Platforms allowing C2C3 Cloud Users to connect to the C2C3 Cloud Desktop from these devices. While Microsoft has done a good job of attempting to replicate all Windows Features for these platforms, some items like cut/paste may use different key combinations to complete.

The first step in connecting from these devices is to download the Microsoft Remote Desktop app from your App Store. Links to those Apps are available in the Connect to C2C3 Cloud using the Microsoft RDP App KB.

Users of the C2C3 Cloud may request IT support to assist with the connection to the Cloud Desktop by emailing support@c2c3cloud.com with the Subject Line:  Setup Support.
