Connect to C2C3 Cloud using the Microsoft RDP App

Prerequisites

1. Download the Microsoft RDP Application from your device’s app store.

2. C2C3 Cloud Account information, provided via email

Steps to Connect

1. Open the Microsoft RDP app on your Device
2. Click the + or Add Button
3. Choose Remote Resources type or Paste the link:  https://rds.pcc1.cloud/RDWeb/Feed/webfeed.aspx
4. Please make sure there is not a space at the end of the link
5. Please Note: the number 1 not l –> pcc(one).cloud
6. Please Note: this URL uses .cloud in place of .com
7. Click Find Feeds

1. Enter
   1.  YourUserName@domain.com
   2. PW: See One Time Secret Link
2. Click Connect
3. Verify the C2C3 Cloud is listed as an Icon

To Connect

1. Open RDP App
2. Click C2C3 Cloud Icon
3. Enter Username and Password but check box to Remember
4. Connect – If you receive a certificate prompt you can also click Don’t Ask/Remind
