New Updates Available Now
An Integration Update (iUpdate) is available for customers using Point® versions 10.3 and higher. The application of this update will resolve several Form issues related to 10.5 and the mandatory new URLA changes. Details and instructions on how to apply this update are available in the Customer Portal. Point version 10.5 is now available and will be installed when Point is next opened. Beginning today, March 1, lenders must use the new Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA Form 65/Form 1003) and updated AUS datasets for all new loan submissions.

How do I process a loan application my borrower started before March 1, 2021?
It is acceptable to use the old URLA after the March 1, 2021 mandate as long as the borrower started completing it before the required use date of March 1, 2021.
Loans started in legacy formats prior to March 1, but not submitted by that date, may be submitted to DU in the legacy format (and use the legacy Form 1003) through April 30, 2021. These loans will not receive a DU “Out of Scope recommendation.
How do I process a loan application now?
All new loan applications started on March 1, 2021, or later must use the new URLA and must be submitted to the GSEs’ AUSs using the MISMO v3.4 file formats. Review a recording of the New URLA training and register for upcoming live training here.
