C2C3 Cloud Desktop Session Limits
Session Limits
An idle session will remain active for 12 hours before it is terminated. It is important that files are saved before leaving the Cloud Desktop. If you reconnect to the C2C3 Cloud within 12 hours you will reconnect to the same session and the same applications will remain open. After 12 idle hours have passed, the session will end and all applications will be closed.
All sessions will be terminated over the weekend during Scheduled Maintenance.
