Change the Web Browser Point Uses
For a better user experience it is recommended to change the Web Browser that Point uses to either Chrome or the new Edge. If this step is not performed, Point will use the older Internet Explorer browser and some tasks in Loan Product Advisor such as Loan Product Advisor will return a Script Error.

Make the Change
- Open Point
- Select Utilities > Web Browser
- Click Browse and locate the path to the browser you want to use.
Chrome: C:\Program Files\ Google Chrome\Chrome.exe
EDGE: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe
3. Click OK
4. Launch Loan Product Advisor
