Import a 3.2 File into Point Central

Import the 1003

1. Download the files from UWM
2. Open Point
3. Set the Drop-down to your WIP folder

4. Create a new Blank Point File  (File Menu–> New–>Loan–>Borrower)

5. Select the C2 base Template and press OK

6. File–> Import From –> Fannie Mae DO/DU (Local)

7. Locate the 3.2 File. It typically ends with .fnm and select OPEN

7. Click OK

7. Save the Point File (File–>Save)
8. If needed apply the Borrower Template to the File
